Our Mission

About Kevin Coughlin

Kevin Coughlin grew up in an Ohio working-class family where he learned the values of hard work and resilience early on. Kevin was raised by his single mom and they moved in with his grandparents to keep a roof over their head.

His mom worked to help the unemployed, his grandfather was a veteran and union electrician, and his grandmother was a phone operator and grocery store clerk. Together, they showed him that with sacrifice, hard work and can-do attitude, anything is possible.

Issues

One Country, One Destiny PAC is committed to electing leaders who put America First. Families and workers want to be able to afford their American Dream. They want to live in safe neighborhoods. They want to be left alone to make decisions about their child's education, to keep more of their hard-earned money, and live their lives. And they want responsible political leadership that listens to their concerns and makes government work for the people.

Crime and Safety

The mission is simple. Keep the people who are committing crimes away from law-abiding citizens. We support our police and will fight for first responders and law enforcement.

Stop Reckless Spending

Taxpayers want value for their dollar and they are not getting it. Kevin helped pass balanced budgets in Ohio and advocates for a constitutional amendment to balance the budget.

Protect Taxpayers and Small Businesses

A five-time Watchdog of the Treasury Award winner, Kevin has pledged to oppose any tax increases and will fight to let Ohioans keep more of their hard-earned money.

Secure Borders

A secure border is non-negotiable. President Trump moved quickly to secure the border — we will fight to keep it that way. A path to citizenship for people who came here illegally is unacceptable.
